My Background

My path into this work has developed over more than two decades of study and embodied practice.

I have trained in:

  • Somatic and holistic bodywork
  • Meditation and mindfulness
  • Yoga and breath-based practices
  • Coaching and NLP
  • Intimacy and sexuality education
  • Emotional awareness and grief education k

Over time, my work has evolved into a focused practice that bridges body awareness, emotional depth, and conscious intimacy.

I continue to deepen my work through ongoing study and lived experience.

How I Work

Sessions are calm, structured, and guided.

You are not expected to perform or achieve anything.

Instead, you are supported to:

  • Slow down and reconnect with your body
  • Notice sensation without pressure
  •  Regulate your nervous system
  •  Explore presence and awareness safely

“A reset for stress and emotional overload”

I came into this work feeling exhausted and mentally overloaded from work and life pressure.

I wasn’t sleeping well, and I felt disconnected from myself.
